Lessons are adapted continously based on the student's understanding and progress. After each lesson I send each student HW questions that deal with the topic covered in the lesson. In the case of Years 9-11 and O level, I request students to submit their HW for corrections. In the case of Intermediate and Advanced Level students, I normally send answers together with the HW assignments. We normally go over any of their difficulties in the next lesson.
